Smoke Detector Hidden Camera

The SSC-150-WC Smoke Detector Hidden Cameras is a side view hidden camera. The smoke detector is non-functioning! We build the camera inside the detector so it is viewing approx. at a 45 degree angle. The covert smoke detector camera is not for everyone. It has special requirements. You must have access to the ceiling in order to run wire back to the DVR. Ceiling tile applications or access to the attic are ideal. You will then be able to run a wire for hard wired installation. Or you can install a transmitter or even install our small DVR with battery above the ceiling to be completely self contained.

Hard Wired for Power and Video Just like all hard-wired hidden cameras, the smoke detector requires power and a video cable. We offer pre-made cable lengths as well as rolls of Siamese cable up to 1000 ft long. The video cable must go to a viewing and/or a recording device. People can also use CAT5 wire if they care to.

The smoke detector camera is hard-wired. This is not a battery operated unit.
The SSC-150WC comes with a 1 amp power supply and a 25 foot power video cable.
