Warranty and Return Information


Advnace Security offers a full 12-month warranty on all products from date of purchase. We will repair or replace your unit if it becomes defective or malfunctions in any way that may be attributed to manufacturer or assembly flaw. This warranty will be through us as well as the actual manufacturer of the product. This warranty does not cover any abuse that may be incurred by not following proper installation or assembly instructions, from any power surges or lightning strikes, or anything else that is not a manufacturer-related defect. Please do not open a product and try to repair it yourself, as this voids the warranty. Often times we may have to examine the "defective" product to ensure that it is in fact defective before shipping out your replacement.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, our return policy is extremely limited and is determined on a case by case basis. Many people only require our products for a very short time. A number of customers have attempted to abuse a return policy in the past, especially for hidden cameras and phone recorders. We are not in the business of renting or selling used products and we strongly believe our customers do not want to buy used products. If you have any doubt or questions about what you are purchasing, we highly encourage you to email or call us to make sure you understand the complete functionality of the product/s.

We offer a one week limited return policy. This time frame will allow a customer to test out their product to see if it actually operates and functions as adverstised. We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of your product to request an RMA. Product must be in original packaging, and still in perfectly brand new condition.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) MUST be obtained prior to returning any item. RMA numbers may be obtained by emailing us. Returns without an RMA# WILL NOT be accepted.

RMA requests must be made within one week from when you received the product. RMA requests after one week will likely be denied or subject to a substantially higher restocking fee, a minimum of 25%.

All refunds are subject to a minimum deduction of a 10% restocking fee in addition of the shipping costs we incurred. The 10% restocking is to cover other costs associated with a sale, refund, and repackaging. Any additional shipping charges the customer incurred for expedited shipping are not refundable. Often times shipping charges are higher than what is charged to the customer. We must deduct the actual shipping charges incurred on refunds.

All returned products must be in the original packaging, include all manuals, cables and accessories, and be in "new" condition. Merchandise that does not meet these criteria may not be accepted for a refund.

Exceptions to these policies may occasionally be considered at our discretion. Please call us if you have any concerns.

To Obtain an RMA#:
Contact us via email to request an RMA#. We will reply back with your RMA# and correct address to ship the product back to. Upon receipt of the RMA#, ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables and accessories, to the address provided with your RMA#. Print the RMA# on the outside of the package. Enclose a note stating your name, company name (or any other name that may have been associated with the order), your return address, phone number, and the reason for the return or exchange. If we do not reply to your RMA# request within 24 hours, call us. Occasionally emails get lost and we do not want you to wait too long. Often times our email replies get sent to junk or Spam folders if you have Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo or another free account. Make sure to look through all your junk folders for our replies.



Advance Security is not responsible and assumes zero liability for any illegal activities our products may be involved in. All products we sell are designed and intended to be used in a legal and ethical manner. It is highly advised to consult your local law enforcement if you have any questions about the legality of the product or usage of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that both the product you are using and the way you are using it is legal in your city, county, state, and country.

MarBil Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible and assumes zero liability for any personal injury caused by our products. Some of our products get very hot and virtually all of them use some sort of voltage. It is the customer's responsibility to take appropriate precautions to ensure they are being used in a safe manner. Any injuries resulting in the misuse, opening up, modifying or any other use of the products other than they way they were intended to be used are not the responsibility of MarBil Enterprises, Inc..
