940nm Invisible LED Covert Surveillance Camera

The SSC-104C series camera is widely used by Police departments and security agencies for discreet surveillance primarily in many outdoor as well as indoor applications. The infrared emitters are virtually invisible to the human eye, thus indoor surveillance is excellent. ie A storeroom can be pitch black and this camera will light it up the room and the thief will still think he is in the dark.

The 940nm led camera is virtually invisible to the human eye as opposed to the 850nm led. This 104 LED model does very well up to about 75 feet in complete total darkness.

This 940nm LED is above the human eye spectrum of viewing. This simply means the glow of the LED is invisible to the human eye. The camera will see the light just fine. When you are viewing live or recorded footage you will be able to see just fine as well. It is only the physical camera itself has no glow at all at night like the 850nm cameras do.

Select Field of View for camera

The field of view (FOV) of a camera is dictated by the lens size (in millimeters). The smaller the mm lens the wider the FOV. The larger the mm lens the more narrow FOV.  Please utilize the tool at the bottom of the page for the best lens selection for your application.

This camera is full clear color in normal light, with a 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD automatically switching to B/W with infrared illumination in low light conditions. See up to 75 feet in complete total darkness.

The attached power/video cord is approx. 18 inches long. An AC adapter is NOT included. A mounting bracket is  included. The camera is 12 DC volt operation and requires at least a 1 amp regulated 12 VDC power supply . NO POWER SUPPLY INCLUDED. YOU MUST ORDER POWER SUPPLY SEPARATELY.
