Exit Sign Emergency Light will automatically begin to record on motion detection after SD card is inserted and power is connected.  Playback recorded footage directly to a TV with included cable or remove SD card and playback footage on your computer using the included USB card reader. The DVR, pinhole camera, and SD card are all contained inside. The SD card slot can be accessed from the top of sign without opening or turning off the unit. No one will suspect that this normal exit sign is in fact a professional-grade hidden camera.

This is a normal fully functioning exit sign emergency light just like you would buy at Lowe's or Home Depot. It has the factory battery back-up for the sign and the lights. When there is a power outage the 2 emergency lights will turn on just like they should. No recording will take place during a power outage.

It can be ceiling or wall mounted. You can move the lights as you wish. 18-1/2 inches wide, 7-1/4 inches tall.

There is a small micro switch on the top of unit next to the video out jack. This switch only controls turning on and off the DVR and camera. The full functionality of the emergency light/exit sign are still 100% intact.
