A survey of our customers over the last 6 years has shown that over 93% of them would suggest us to a friend or colleague.  This figure tells us that we must be doing something right.

If you call, you will speak to a person.  You won't have to go through menus or press 0 a bunch of times to get to a person.  A live human will answer your call.  The technicians that answer have used the products in their very own hands.  Because of this, we are able to guide you in the direction of what you want or need instead of just reading a manual or a screen.

If you have a question or problem, you can call or email us and we will work with you through it.  Sometimes that involves us getting out the exact product you have and figuring out what the issue is.  We have done that on many occasions to a customer an answer.

If it is a computer or internet viewing issue, we have the means to temporarily log into your computer (only with permission of course) to troubleshoot the issue and get it working for you.

We feel that these and many other reasons are why so many customers are happy with their purchase.  And, we feel one of the best measures of how we are doing is what that customer would tell a friend about us.
