Phone Support We have a toll free number for customers in the USA and a normal landline for customers outside the USA. When you call, you are calling the Midwest--Illinois to be exact. We do not have call centers outsourced overseas. When you call, real live people answer your phone calls. The vast majority of our customers never need our phone tech support because of the ease of use of our products. However, if you do need to talk to someone, you can give us a call, and a member of our technical support staff will do his or her best to take care of you. We are not a fly by night company--we are in it for the long haul. You can rest assured that if you need us, we are here. Free Ground Shipping We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 to the contiguous United States. We do not sneak in a shipping charge at the last second. The vast majority of our products ship out the same business day. Express shipping is available upon request. If you are looking for overnight delivery, just call or email us and we'll let you know when the product will ship and the shipping options available for it. Only Charge Tax to Illinois Due to the fact that state law only requires us to charge sales tax to Illinois residents (we are based in Illinois), we do not have to charge sales tax to customers not in Illinois.
