These power supplies plug into a normal household 110-120 volt AC wall outlet and output 12 volts DC regulated through the standard barrel connector. These are the same types of AC power supplies we include with our cameras. Please note that all cameras purchased from us already come with the correct power supply. However, we do offer these if you need an additional, extra, or a replacement power supply.
The power supply will run cooler and better if it is a little larger than the amperage required by your camera. For example most board cameras use about 110 to 140ma. We would normally include a 300ma on these. Our 14 led infrared cameras require about 300ma when the LEDs are on at night. For these we would include a 500ma.

So, look at the requirements of your camera and order the next size up.
