Recorder Help
I have a standard analog
phone line provided by my telephone company... This
is ideal and the easiest. You connect the phone recorder to any phone or directly
to a wall jack. It will then record from any conversation on any phone on that
line. It will record both sides of the conversation. I
have Vonage, Comcast, Charter or another VOIP service bundled with my internet
service provider... You MUST purchase our handset/headset
adapter as well as the recorder. The handset headset adapter will allow your
recorder to physically connect to a single specific phone and record from it.
Whatever phone you connect it to is the only phone you will be able to record
on. It will connect between the base of the phone and and the headset or handset
of the phone you're talking on. This will require to use or purchase a corded
(NON-CORDLESS) phone. I
have a phone system with multiple lines, hold buttons, transfer buttons, etc...

one phone then you will NEED a phone recorder and a handset/headset
adapter for each phone. I
have DSL but a regular phone line... You will have
to purchase the Deluxe voice activated recorder or the 34 hour line activated
recorder. These work the best with DSL. You connect the phone recorder to any
wall jack on the line you want to record. It will then record from any conversation
on any phone on that line. It will record both sides of the conversation. For
optimal use, you may need to use DSL filters on your phone jacks. |
