Occasionally some customers get interference with their wireless 2.4GHz hidden camera from cordless phones, wireless computer networks, and some satellite TV dishes that also operate on the 2.4GHz frequency. On this 2.4GHz model, you can change channels from 1 to 4 in order to eliminate that interference. Just press a small button on the transmitter which is concealed inside of unit to change channels until you get crisp clear reception.
