8-Channel Standard Outdoor Wireless Transmitter

The 24-TX8 transmitter series has a 1000 ft. LOS rating. LOS means just that...  line of sight.  Absolutely nothing in the way will allow for this distance. All wireless transmitters will experience a decreased transmission distance when transmitting through walls, trees, bricks, and other obstructions. Some people may only attain 100 ft transmission when obstructions are severe.

Easy Installation

This weatherproof transmitter will have 2 cables attached to it. One cable will connect to power for the transmitter. The other cable goes to the camera for power and video. The first number of the product name is the power cable and the second number of the product name is the video cable. For example the TXW10-5 can have the power source 10 ft  away from the transmitter box and the camera can be 5 ft away from the transmitter box. The power for the camera feeds through the transmitter box.

Connect Transmitter to Camera & Receiver to TV, VCR, or DVR

You may also elect to upgrade the receiver to weatherproof in order to locate it outside as well and minimize obstructions even further.  The weatherproof receiver box will have 50 ft. of power video cable attached in order to feed the cable back into your home to connect to your TV, VCR, DVR, or other recording device.

Keep in mind that each camera needs its own transmitter and receiver. One transmitter can only transmit one video feed.

8-Channel Selectable - Use Up to 8 in the Same Area

Channel frequencies are 2.402, 2.413, 2.424, 2.435, 2.446, 2.457, 2.468, and 2.479. Every transmitter and receiver are 8-channel selectable by the user.
