8 channel wireless high powered transmitter.
The 24HP8 high powered transmitter has a 2000 ft. LOS rating. LOS means just that, line of sight. Absolutely nothing in the way will allow for this distance. This model will give you an advantage over standard 1000 ft. LOS transmitters when you are transmitting through walls and other obstructions.
The weatherproof transmitter will have 2 cables attached to it. One cable will connect to power for transmitter. The other cable is goes to the camera for power and video. The first number of the product name is the power cable and the second number of the product name is the video cable. For example the TXW25-5 can have the power source 25 ft away from the transmitter box and the camera can be 5 ft away from the transmitter box.
You may also elect to upgrade the receiver to weatherproof in order to locate it outside as well and minimize obstructions even further. The weatherproof receiver box will have 50 ft. of power video cable attached in order to feed the cable back into your home to connect to your TV, VCR, DVR or other recording device.
Keep in mind each camera needs its own transmitter and receiver. One transmitter can only transmit one video feed.
Channel frequencies are 2.402, 2.413, 2.424, 2.435, 2.446, 2.457, 2.468, 2.479. Every transmitter and receiver is 8 channel selectable by the user.

Wireless transmission is not for everyone. Distance, quality, and ability to transmit wirelessly will depend directly on how many obstructions and what kind of obstructions are in the way such as trees, houses, buildings, satellite dishes, wireless routers, 2.4ghz cordless phones, and even cellular towers. If you have any of these in or around your home or office, then begin by only purchasing one wireless unit as you may find out only 1 channel is all you can attain.
