Make Any Camera a Wireless IP Camera - The Easy Way

This incredible little device will turn virtually any camera into an IP camera. It does not matter whether you have a hard-wired hidden camera in your kitchen, a 56-LED outdoor super weatherproof camera surveilling your driveway, or a small dome camera at work watching a cash register.  Simply connect your hard-wired camera to this IP transmitter--the camera and IP transmitter must be somewhere in your wireless internet coverage, and you're done. You must have access to your Wifi router just like you do for any IP camera. You can view and record from any Windows computer on the internet. View through a web browser using a Windows-based computer or through the included software for complete functionality. This IP transmitter can also connect hard wired with the use of a Cat 5 jack if you do not want to go wireless. The IP server also has microphone input for audio support.

Get a Wireless Camera Without Interference

A wireless IP server works in conjunction with your current wireless internet, not against it.  Most wireless cameras run on 2.4Ghz and compete with other 2.4Ghz devices (wireless internet, cordless phones, etc).  This wireless IP server utilizes your wireless internet setup and uses it to send your camera signals, eliminating interference issues.  All you have to do is make sure that your wireless internet setup covers the location of where you want to place the camera. Most companies that sell wireless routers also sell extenders in order to extend your wireless coverage thousands of feet.

Works on Wireless (Wifi) or Wired Internet

The IPDVSAW video server has built-in wireless internet capability (much like most laptops).  This means that if your home or business has wifi (wireless internet), then you can put your camera and this server ANYWHERE you can get a wifi signal.  There is no need to run wires or Cat 5 between the server and your router.  If you don't have wireless internet, don't worry.  It also has a normal Cat 5 jack for wired internet applications.  Whether you have wireless internet or only hard-wired, it will work just fine.

High Quality D1 Video

The IP server has great video quality.  It views and records in 720 x 480 video at 30fps.  This is quality, D1, crisp color video.  It doesn't get much better than this.

Audio Support

Connect a microphone to the IP server's audio input for complete audio support.  Listen live and record the audio with the video.  Note: The IP server works best with  mic level microphone, such as the SSC-1120 series (available separately above).

Easy Recording

The included software allows you to easily record video from your camera. You can choose to record manually or on a schedule.  For example, if you wish to record only from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, you can easily set it up to do just that.

View your home or office while away or on the road simply by entering the IP address. No complicated applications to install, settings to program, or cards to install in your computer. Full PTZ Support Lets You Create Affordable Wireless PTZ Cameras

The wireless IP server is fully compatible with PTZ cameras.  The PTZ camera connects to your IP server for both the video and the PTZ control. You can then easily control and view your camera from anywhere your wireless network covers. Other wireless PTZ setups are quite expensive and require big bulky components.  This is less expensive and easier to work.

Small Size & Very Portable

Due to the small size and easy installation of IP video servers, they give you extreme portability. Just pick up your server and camera, move it to the new place, and you're done. Setup is a snap and takes less than 5 minutes. The IP video server is 12 volts DC just like most of our cameras. This means you may be able to use battery operation for short-term surveillance if need be. The IP server is not weatherproof, and must be protected from the weather if being used outdoors.
