Recorder with Time date stamp will record up to 180 events from 5 seconds to 15
minutes per event.
This
event video cassette recorder has event and alarm inputs with normally open contacts.
It will record up to 180 events or 12 hours continous recording on a T-220 VHS
tape. This
is an advanced, high quality Audio/Video recorder designed to be used in conjunction
with surveillance equipment or simply as a stand alone VCR. This unit can record
for a preset time (5 seconds to 15 minutes) and then reset itself automatically
after an alarm condition is completed. This unit has a trigger in and
trigger out on the back. Any sensor such as motion detector with normally open
contacts can be connected. Each time your motion sensor is activated, that is
considered an "event" and will record for the predetermined time, and
will time and date stamp that event, and then reset itself. When you do not have
anything connected to alarm inputs, it will record continously for 12 hours and
the entire tape will be time and date stamped. You
can have your camera-regardless whether it is a hidden, non-hidden style, wired,
or wireless connected to "video in" on VCR. Each event will be time/date
stamped. Video overlay of time, date and 16-character title gives you
on-screen documentation. Power-up record enables immediate recording whenever
power is applied to the VCR. These features make the EVENT RECORDER perfect
for police cars, buses and other mobile applications. Alarm recording
with adjustable dwell lets you apply an alarm signal (any device that closes a
circuit), and the EVENT RECORDER will record for a pre-programmed 5-25 seconds.
The unit will then shut down and wait for the next alarm event. Setting
the alarm dwell to "0" would cause the EVENT RECORDER to record on to
the end of the tape, or as long as the alarm signal is present. Each alarm
event will receive a date and time overlay, making each event easy to identify
precisely. It
can also be connected to a wide variety of detection devices, such as passive
infrared detectors, magnetic door contacts, video
motion detectors, emergency panic switches and many other devices that can
trigger recording.
