There are 2 types of microphones on this
page (click on the type to go directly to it on the page): - Line
level
- Line level will connect directly to VCR, TV, or a
transmitter with RCA style connector.
- These are typically
amplified mics.
- The SSC-1116 are both line
level microphones.
- Mic level.
- Mic level will connect directly to a "mic in" on computer,
DVR, or to the "mic in" on a tape recorder via the mini jack on said
units.
- These are typically non-amplified mics.
- The SSC-1120
is a mic level microphone and designed specifically to be used with
our phone recorders.
 SSC-1116
high gain amplified line level microphone.
Use a 9 volt alkaline battery
or the included AC power supply to power this microphone. This mic is equipped
with an RCA jack for audio connection and standard female barrel connector for
power. Most popular with investigators for body worn applications. This mic can
operate on 9-12 volts with 10ma power consumption. Standard 9 volt battery
will power this microphone for 300+ hours or use the included AC power supply
for continuous use. Easily connect the RCA jack to a body worn DVR, VCR, or transmitter.
Effective pick-up range of 10-15ft.
There are several different microphone lengths to
choose from below. We use our Siamese RG59 with 18/2
on the 10 ft and longer runs for optimum performance.

High Sensitivity mic level microphone. Ideal for sales meetings, seminars, and
large conferences.
For use with tape recorders, PA systems, audio
cards, or anything with standard 3.5mm microphone mini jack. This microphone is
offered with a 10, 25, 50, or 100 ft cable attached and can operate for 200 hours
on high grade alkaline battery. This microphone is rated at a 30 ft pick-up capacity. This
microphone is also 100% compatible with any of our digital
phone recorders. |

  Speaker
