Use a 9 volt alkaline battery or the included 12 volt AC power supply to power this microphone. This mic is equipped with an RCA jack for audio connection and standard female barrel connector for power. Most popular with investigators for body worn applications. This mic can operate on 9-12 volts with 10ma power consumption. The overall length of the microphone is 21 inches.

There are several different microphone lengths to choose from.  The mics are offered in different lengths to fit your application.  We use high grade Siamese RG59 with 18/2 for the lengths 10 ft and longer for optimum performance. The 10, 25, 50 and 100 ft lengths have Male RCA on both ends so it connects directly into the microphone and TV, VCR, or surveillance DVR. All of this equipment has RCA female connections for the audio.
