deem appropriate for reasons of fraud, theft, insufficient funds, etc. We also
reserve the right to delete or cancel any order that we know is illegal in your
country or illegal for us to process.

Due to the number of fraudulent attempts to use unauthorized
credit cards, we are forced to refuse and decline all credit card transactions
outside the US. Canada is the only exception to this rule. If we are able to comfirm
the shipping address is the same address the credit card company has on file,
then we can ship to Canada via credit card.
Payment from all other countries must be either Western Union or a direct bank wire transaction to our bank. Please call or e-mail for exact details.
Please do not be offended if we deny your credit card transaction. Something may show up in the processing of your transaction which will not allow the process to continue and it may have absolutely nothing at all to do with your credit history, funds available, and so on. Merchants are not authorized to know the exact reason why a credit card transaction is declined. If the card is declined, then all we can do is pursue one of our alternate modes of payment. Once you place your order we will be able to calculate shipping and handling fees and we will e-mail you the exact charges. You may go ahead and order on-line if you wish. Make sure the email address you provide is good. Also, please email us after you place your order.
Shipping & Handling charges for overseas orders will be brought to the customer's attention prior to the customer sending payment. We will not process any order until we have first contacted the customer with shipping charges. You may e-mail MarBil Enterprises for the cost of shipping your items. You will then add this amount to the total charge of the items. The shipping charges will not show on the order form. Our two primary methods of shipping products outside the U.S. is Global Express Mail, and UPS Worldwide Express.
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
We understand each international order is slightly different than the next due to which country you live in and other circumstances involved. Feel free to e-mail us with any questions you may have.
Check with your local authorities
Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to possess. Although we may not be restricted by United States law to export an item, it may still be unlawful for you to import and/or possess these items. As the buyer, you become the importer of record and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you order from MarBil Enterprises, Inc. No refunds will be given for packages confiscated by Customs outside the United States.
