Full, true color in normal light, with a 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD automatically switching to black and white with infrared illumination in low-light conditions.  700 lines of high resolution allows for an outstanding picture day or night. See up to 120 feet in total darkness. 42 light-emitting diodes provide for excellent viewing, even in pitch-black darkness. This camera can be set anywhere between 2.8mm and 10mm. User Adjustable 2.8-10 MM Lens for Versatility

Adjustment screws are underneath the camera, making it very simple to change the field of view and focus after the camera is installed.

The main and most important advantage of a varifocal camera is to allow the user the ability to locate the camera wherever he chooses and still have the perfect width of viewing.

The field of view (FOV) of a camera is dictated by the lens size (in millimeters). The smaller the mm lens the wider the FOV. The larger the mm lens the more narrow FOV.  Please sample the tool to the right for the best lens selection for your application.

Great Infrared Low-Light Viewing

This camera has 42 infrared, built-in LEDs that automatically turn on when it gets dark.  These give you a great low-light picture. 

Fully Weatherproof and Extremely Durable

Fully weatherproof with a 2 ft. power/video cord attached, AC power supply, mounting bracket, and sun shield are all included. 12 volts DC operation. Camera features 42 LEDs and a 2.8 to 10 mm varifocal lens that is user adjustable. This allows you to get the the best possible FOV for your specific use. The 42 Infrared LEDs provide magnificent nighttime viewing and the high-resolution color 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD chip gives superb color viewing in the daytime.

Easy Installation

The camera's power video cable feeds through the bracket; top, bottom, or back for complete concealment and security of wires. The back of the bracket is the cleanest installation because the cable can be fed directly through the wall.

Viewing or Recording Your Video

This camera can be used in either a hard-wired or wireless fashion

• Hard-wired: There is a cable coming out the camera.  This cable will connect to one of our power/video cables listed above.  The other end of the cable will then connect to your TV, VCR, or DVR.  This solution does NOT require local power.  You can power it from the same end as the TV, VCR, or DVR.
• Wireless:  The video cable coming out of the camera would connect to the transmitter of the wireless upgrade found above.  The transmitter must plug in for power.  Then the receiver from the wireless upgrade will connect to your TV, VCR, or DVR. You must purchase the wireless upgrade for this camera to work wirelessly.

When ordering the wireless option, we do not include the 1 amp power supply for the camera. However, we do include a 2 amp regulated power supply with the transmitter since a 2 amp power supply will power the transmitter and camera, and only one power supply is required to power both devices.
