3.6mm Lense

The field of view (FOV) of a camera is dictated by the lens size (in millimeters). The smaller the mm lens the wider the FOV. The larger the mm lens the more narrow FOV.  This camera has a 3.6mm lens. Please sample the tool to the right to know what this means in actual feet.

Small Size

Compact size of only 2-1/2 inches long by 2 inch diameter. The camera, sun shield and bracket are all flat black for maximum subtlety.

Viewing or Recording Your Video

This camera can be used in either a hard-wired or wireless fashion

• Hard-wired: There is a cable coming out the camera.  This cable will connect to one of our power/video cables listed above.  The other end of the cable will then connect to your TV, VCR, or DVR.  This solution does NOT require local power.  You can power it from the same end as the TV, VCR, or DVR.
• Wireless:  The video cable coming out of the camera would connect to the transmitter of the Wireless Upgrade found above.  The transmitter must plug in for power.  Then the receiver from the Wireless Upgrade will connect to your TV, VCR, or DVR. You must purchase the wireless upgrade for this camera to work wirelessly.
