I was completely satisfied with my transaction. The Web site worked well and my interaction with Customer Service was extremely pleasant. They were professional yet polite and friendly in handling my needs. And they did so with promptness and efficiency. The product itself has worked exactly as described and promised. I could not be happier with its performance and was, frankly, a little surprised that it worked so well. I expected at least some problems or tweaking that would be necessary upon setup, but I encountered none. It worked perfectly and with great quality right out of the box. Regarding price, I shopped around before I made my purchase, and for this level of technology and performance this was an extremely fair price. I got excellent quality and convenience from the product while still not paying the exorbitant prices other companies were asking.
