High Resolution 700 Line Pinhole Camera

The SSC-155WC700B Board lens High Resolution 700 Line color board camera is enclosed in a rugged metal housing. Crisp, clear, high-resolution picture. The on-screen display (OSD) allows you to set the camera just the way you need. This camera can be set for .0001 lux for great night time surveillance if required.

This board camera comes with mounting bracket and 12 volt DC regulated power supply to plug directly into your wall outlet. It is an extremely small camera and can be concealed almost anywhere. Camera has a Sony 1/3" 960H Sony ExView CCD II chip. This camera only comes with your choice of lenses. Use the FOV tool at the bottom of the page to help figure out which lens is right for you.

IR Compatible

This camera is 850nm IR compatible.  This is the standard infrared that most cameras and infrared illuminators use.  If you need 940/950nm IR compatibility, then you will need to check mark the upgrade above to add 940/950nm IR compatibility.

Viewing and Recording Video

Hard Wired
Coming out of the camera are 2 wires - one for power and one for video.  Many people use one of our power video cables to connect to the camera and then run that cable to the TV or DVR. This option does not require local power where the camera is at - it plugs in for power at the other end of the cable.

Make It Wireless

Another option is to connect the camera to an optional wireless transmitter. We have both an indoor wireless transmitter and outdoor wireless transmitter. If using the wireless option, the included receiver would connect to your TV or DVR. The wireless option always requires local power where the camera and transmitter are located.

The camera will have to be connected to a DVR if you wish to record.

DVR Usage and Compatibility

Most customers choose to connect the camera to a DVR for recording. We have a 4 Camera, 8 Camera, and 16 Camera DVR which will great with this camera. The DVR allows recording, motion detection recording, playback, and internet / smartphone viewing. When using a DVR, either the cable from the camera or the wireless receiver connect to the DVR input jack. Then, the DVR connects to your TV or computer monitor.
