Hidden Cameras
Please read closely as we offer 2 categories of Hidden Cameras

Please click on one of the Yellow sub-categories below to see the products in that category.

The wireless version of a hidden camera has the camera and transmitter built into a functioning appliance or object which plugs into an outlet to get power. It then transmits the video wirelessly to a receiver where it then connects to your TV, VCR, or Computer for viewing and/or recording. The receiver also requires electricity just like the object containing the camera and transmitter. We include a receiver with every wireless hidden camera.--if you have the proper hardware/software on your computer, you can view your cameras through the Internet. We only sell FCC-approved and certified wireless cameras. These hidden cameras will have a G or GC after the model number. Some of our hidden cameras are also offered in a .0003 lux version. This is black and white all the time and sees much better in the dark compared to a normal black and white version.

A hard wired hidden camera requires you to have a wire connected directly from the hidden camera all the way to your TV, VCR, or Computer for viewing and/or recording. This type of hidden camera is less expensive and is normally labeled with a W or WC after the model number.

The Wireless and Hard wired cameras can be viewed over the Internet by use of a DVR card or DVR.

These are completely self contained-it records to itself. They still need electricity but there are no wires, transmitters, receivers, or VCRs involved. A motion-activated digital video recorder (DVR) as well as the camera is built right inside the appliance. There is no external recording device (VCR, DVR) needed--it records to itself. When motion is sensed, recording begins. The DVR is like a miniature computer, video is recorded to a hard drive or media card (SD, MMC). You then take the appliance or media card to your computer for playback. These units cannot be viewed through the Internet. These are available in different styles.

We offer a series (CCM) that records in real time which is 30 frames per second and is non-adustable. These unit will accomodate up to an 8 gig SD card for a maximum of 32 hours of actual recording.

Our other series (DV) has an adjustable frame rate of no more than 10 frames per second. These will accomodate up to a 2 gig SD card and can record up to 3600 hours when recording at 1 frame per minute.
