This amazing unit operates for up to a full month on a single set of "AAA" batteries and is not much larger than a pack of chewing gum. The logged GPS locations can be quickly and easily downloaded to your PC via USB. You can then view the locations through MapQuest, Google Maps, Google Earth, or any other satellite imagery program you may have.

This unit is fully weatherproof and comes with a high power magnetic mount. Magnetic clip and belt clip are removable and interchangeable.

The SSC-3009P records its location, time, date, speed, heading and altitude at adjustable preset intervals. With over 1Mb of memory, it can store over 5000 locations (over 1 month of tracking). User selectable features allow the logging interval to be changed from once every 5 seconds, every minute, or every 15 minutes. Built in vibration detection only logs locations when the unit is motion. This function alone dramatically increases battery life.

Simply turn it on and drop it in a purse, briefcase, golf bag or just about anywhere else. Then just retrieve it and plug it in to the USB port on your computer to view all stops and locations.

The tracker communicates with twenty-four satellites orbiting the earth. Using the calculated trajectory from these satellites, the SSC-3009P can calculate its own position anywhere on the planet to within 15 meters (~50 feet).
