Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards. We accept the 4 major brands of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is it safe to order online?
It is very safe to order online. We use state-of-the-art 256 bit encryption to keep your information safe. It is the same type of technology that banks use to protect your information. 256 bit encryption is so secure that it it would take a computer trying 4 billion (with a B) attempts per second over 1,000 years to steal your information.

Do I have to order online?

While most customers order online, you may order over the phone or send in a money order or cashier's check. To order over the phone, just give us a call at 866-720-0779 and we will be more than happy to take your order. To pay with money order or cashier's check, order like you would if you were ordering online, and then when you choose the payment type, choose "Money Order" instead of credit card.

We also accept purchase orders from state and federal government organizations, police departments, hospitals, and large companies. If you would like to order with a purchase order, see the next question.


Do your accept purchase orders?

We accept purchase orders from state and federal government organizations, police departments, hospitals, and large companies.

If you would like to order and your organization falls into one of these categories, then fax your purchase order to 775-252-1087. We will ship your products and send the bill.


Do you accept international orders?
We accept interntaional orders and have shipped our products all over the world for years. If you are an international customer, simply order online as you normally would. After you complete your order, we will contact you via email regarding shipping options and payment options.

What other payment options are there besides a credit card?

If you do not wish to pay with a credit card, there are several other options available. They are listed below along with the directions on how to order using that method.

  • Money order / Cashier's check - Order like you would if you were ordering online, and then when you choose the payment type, choose "Money Order" instead of credit card.
  • Bank wire money transfer - Email us using the "Contact Us" link above stating what you want to order and that you'd like to pay with a bank wire. We will reply with the exact instructions.
  • Western Union money transfer - Email us using the "Contact Us" link above stating what you want to order and that you'd like to pay with Western Union. We will reply with the exact instructions.
  • PayPal - Order like you normally would. On the checkout screen, you will see an option for paying with PayPal. Then, after you submit the order, you will see a link to go to PayPal and send the payment
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
The vast majority of orders ship the same business day you order them. If it is past our same day shipping cutoff time, then it will ship the following business day. Some products take longer to ship. To learn more about when products will ship, click on the "At a Glance" tab on each product page. You may also call us and ask specifically about a product and when it will ship. If you need to confirm that a product will definitely ship today, then you may want to give us a call to make sure.

Can you ship to my work address instead of my home address?
We realize that the nature of our products sometimes leads customer to a level of discreteness. If you need your order shipped to a work address that will be no problem at all. We can also ship to your nearest UPS hub so you can pickup your order for total privacy.

What shipping options are available?
We offer free ground shipping to the contigous United States on all orders over $75. If your order is less than $75, there is a $7.50 flat shipping charge. Ground shipping time varies based on your location, but normally arrives in a few days. We also offer overnight and second day shipping for an additional charge. If you wish to get expedited shipping, either order online and call us immediately afterwards to figure out the options and rates or order over the phone.

How do I track my shipment?
We have tracking numbers for all orders sent out. Our system will automatically email you when your product ships and give you the tracking number. UPS and FedEx provide realtime tracking of their shipments via their own websites. If you do not supply you email address, you also may call us to receive your tracking number.

What do your packages look like when you ship them?
Our packages are sent in plain brown packaging. The return company is listed as Marbil Enterprises (our parent company). There is no indication on the box or label as to its contents.

Do you have live people there to answer the phone?
We have a live, friendly, staff that answers the phone. If you call us during our hours of operation you will get a live English-speaking associate on the phone. You will not have to go through countless menus and press a bunch of different numbers. A real live human will answer when you call. Can I call for tech support or help with products?

Absolutely. We have a team of experienced and knowledgable technicians to help you with your products. You can call a toll-free line and talk to people in the United States. You will not have to call another country.

Our technicians are highly trained and have actual experience using our products. They will do their very best to help and assit you with any question you may have before, during, and after the sale.


Does the tech support cost anything?
Absolutely not. Our tech support is 100% free. You do not have to pay anything for our tech support. We offer lifetime tech support on each and every product that we sell. You can call a day, a week, a month, or a year after you order and someone will do his or her very best to help you.

Do your products have a warranty?
All products come with a 12 month warranty. This covers both parts and labor for all manufacturing defects for an entire year from the date of purchase.
