Economy Hidden Cameras
Many
of our customers have mentioned they wished we had a line of inexpensive hidden
cameras. Items that could be operated on battery power and just run for a few
hours at a time. Something more for intermittent short term use.
Not
everybody needs a high resolution CCD camera with camcorder quality viewing. Often
times a cmos camera with a 2 lux color, or b&w camera with a .5 lux will be
just fine. Being able to listen to a CD while camera is operating is not really
necessary. These hidden cameras operate on 1.2GHz so you will not get interference
from 2.4Ghz cordless phones, wireless networks, satellite dishes on your roof,
etc. The economy wireless models on this page are not 4 channel selectable like
our high grades. These are 1 channel, If you use 2 of these wireless model together
you will probably get interference.
The receivers which are
included have a tuning knob and need to be tuned to frequency of wireless camera.
We recommend the B&W cameras above the color cameras on
this page for a number of reasons.
1. A B&W CMOS camera
with transmitter will last about twice as long as it's color counterpart on a
high grade alkaline battery.
2. Resolution and low light ability are
both much better with B&W.
3. B&W is more economical
than color.

 Functioning
VCR with built-in camera hidden inside.
Hard-wire version records video
directly onto VHS tape. Also on the hard wired versions a video cable can be connected
to video out on the back of VCR and connected to either another VCR or directly
to a TV to view live video. Wireless models send live video feed to a receiver
which can be connected to a TV or VCR for viewing and recording. All display lights
on front of VCR are completely disabled, so VCR appears off while it is actually
on.
Plug VCR into AC outlet, and system is ready. 10 hours of recording
time on a T200 tape. Wireless receiver and power supply included on all wireless
models. Hard-wire models have CCD camera and wireless models have CMOS camera.
This is the B&W version, the B&W camera is concealed behind the smoked

This is the Color version, there is a tiny pinhole in the front allowing color
camera to view. Otherwise the color camera cannot see well and colors are impaired
