Many marketers will tell you that word of mouth is the best advertisement. You can see 100 commercials on TV, but when your friend tells that they had a great experience with a company, it is worth more.
That is one of the reasons we try so hard to satisfy our customers. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and with us as a company. We believe this is the right way to do business. We believe this is good for the customer and good for us. Happy customers keep coming back. Happy customers tell their friends.
As of the time of writing this blog posting, 95.12% of customers that have bought from us would recommend us to a friend. This is a not some made up or skewed statistic. This is from actual feedback response that customers have left for us. We also have hundreds of testimonials
these same customers have left.
These means that 95 out of 100 customers would recommend Advance Security to a friend or colleague.
It might be easy to sit back and think we're doing a pretty good job. It might be nice to take a breather and not feel the need to work so hard.
But, that is simply not our style. We won't rest until it is 100%.
