9 Out Of 10 Customers Would Suggest Us To A Friend

We try our very best to provide great products and great support.   We like to think we do a pretty good job.  It's extremely gratifying and humbling to learn that most of our customers agree with us.

We've known for awhile that we have many satisfied customers.  This we know from our 62% repeat customer rate and the hundreds of customer testimonials that have been left.  But we didn't learn until recently just how satisfied many of these customers are.

We recently conducted a poll, and more than 9 out of 10 customers would recommend us to a friend. In fact, 9.167 customers out of 10 to be exact.

Why they would suggest us we may never know exactly.  But we have our guesses:

• Extremely competitive pricing
• Exclusive products that no one else has
• An easy-to-use website
• Great support by staff that actually know and use the products
• 12 month warranty
• Lifetime tech support

Word of mouth is the best advertising.  Anyone can try to sell themselves, but it takes a truly happy customer to sell a company to a friend, family member, or colleague.

We look forward to continually serving our customers and providing them with products, prices, and service they are hoping for. We may have 9 out of 10 now, but we won't be satisfied until it is 10 out of 10.
