If you call between 8-5pm Central time, Monday-Friday (holidays excluded), you will get a live person answering the phone.  You won't have to wait on hold for 30 minutes and press 10 different numbers on your touch-tone phone.  We will answer and do our best to help you.

We are based in southwestern Illinois.  If you call, that is where you are calling.  You are not calling any other country or call center.  When you call, you will speak to someone that works in our actual location, is very knowledgeable, and speaks English.  We are very proud to be Americans and make no apologies about it. We happily sell to all over the world, but we must admit we are a little biased towards our own country.
