Refund Policy

Our refund policy is quite flexible. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or if the product is not as described, you can send it back for a full refund.The product must be unused and in perfect condition. It must be returned in the same condition it was received in order to get a full refund.

Hidden Cameras have a 1 week return policy. They must be returned in perfect condition and unused for a full refund.

We are extremely busy during the day, so we apologize right now if we are unable to answer or return your call immediately. We do attempt to return calls within 1 hour. Please leave a message or try again later--we do check messages after hours.

Important Note:
When you order, you will have a section for "Comments" on the order form. Please take advantage of this section and either ask your question there, or ask us to call you before filling your order. You may also use this section to tell us what shipment priority level you desire (Next Day Air, etc.). We will add the shipping charges to your credit card. However, if we cannot ship your product per the priority level you requested, we will e-mail or call you.

Your credit card is not billed automatically when you place your order. Each and every transaction is filled by human eyes and hands. Please ensure your billing address is correct or your order will be delayed. If you have a different shipping address and it is not a business address, then we must contact you before shipping.

We respond to all legitimate e-mail, unless it is junk mail or spam. Many times we respond to e-mail, but our responses are returned undeliverable because of e-mail protection/filters that customers have in place that will not allow a ".com" through. Please be patient when you e-mail us; we will reply within 1 to 12 hours. Feel free to follow up with a phone call if you feel you have waited long enough.
