This completely fully functioning alarm clock radio offers a high quality color video picture. Just plug the alarm clock into an outlet and the receiver into your Windows computer. That is all there is to do. The alarm clock must plug into the wall for the transmitter and camera to operate. The included wireless USB receiver can connect to your pc. This system is NOT Windows 7 compatible or 64 bit compatible.
