8 Channel Wireless Transmitter and Receiver

This 2.4GHz transmitter will transmit a video signal to the receiver that connects to the video-input jack on your VCR, TV, or computer. The standard range for this 2.4GHz Wireless Transmitter is up to 1000 feet line of sight. This 8 channel transmitter/receiver combo is video only. Transmitter and receiver are both 12 volt DC operation. Power supplies for use with household current are included. Each camera requires its own transmitter and receiver. You cannot connect more than 1 camera to a transmitter.  This unit is designed for indoor use and cannot be used outdoors without proper precautions.

Use Up to 8 in the Same Area

Because this unit has 8 channels, you may be able to use up to 8 of these in the same area depending on what other wireless objects are in the same area such as satellite dishes, wireless computer routers and 2.4ghz cordless telephones. We strongly suggest you begin with one unit and test your exact location to determine how many you can use.

This 1195 transmitter is ideal for body wear use because of its small size and plastic housing which protects the dip switches.  If you require audio capability, then purchase the 1195A.

Quick & Easy Setup

Simply connect any of our cameras to the transmitter's video signal and plug the transmitter in for power. Then, connect the receiver to your TV, VCR, DVR, etc and plug in the receiver for power. The receiver can be in another room of your home or office or possibly even a different floor.

You may also elect to upgrade the receiver to weatherproof in order to locate it outside minimize obstructions even further.  The weatherproof receiver box will have 50 ft. of power video cable attached in order to feed it into your home to connect to your TV, VCR, DVR or other recording device.

Wireless transmission is not for everyone. Distance, quality, and ability to transmit wirelessly will depend directly on how many obstructions and what kind of obstructions are in the way such as trees, houses, buildings, satellite dishes, wireless routers, 2.4ghz cordless phones, and even cellular towers. If you have any of these in or around your home or office, then begin by only purchasing one wireless unit as you may find out only 1 channel is all you can attain.
